Safe Workplace Inc. does not make or extend any warranty for any product listed on this website. The only warranty that is extended or made with any product on this website is those provided solely by the product manufacturer. Safe Workplace Inc. will provide copies of manufacturer express warranty, if any, upon written request. Safe Workplace Inc. shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages, including loss of profit, loss of use, loss of opportunity, loss of income, additional expense or otherwise.

Prices: All prices are in U.S. Dollars. Quotations are available. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Terms: Visa, MasterCard, or American Express or net 30 days for an approved open account. International orders are not accepted at this time.

Returns: No returns accepted without prior authorization by Safe Workplace Inc. Acceptance for returns is at the sole discretion of Safe Workplace Inc. A minimum restocking charge of 15% will be applied plus any additional charges from the manufacturer. All returns must be in saleable condition. All freight charges for returns must be prepaid. Returns of products that have been customized or personalized will not be accepted.

Back orders: Will be shipped automatically unless Safe Workplace Inc. receives and agrees to communication to the contrary.

Shipping: All orders are shipped FOB shipping point.

Orders for items cannot be cancelled without our approval. Safe Workplace Inc. will negotiate on our customer’s behalf to obtain cancellation from the manufacturer.

Material Safety Data Sheets when possible are available by contacting your Safe Workplace Inc. representative.

Damage/Shortage Claims: The carrier is responsible for damage or loss in transit. Claims must be filed with the carrier within 15 days of receipt of shipment.
